POOL RULES
Swimmers must wear a
bathing suit (no shorts or shirts).
If a swimmer has
long hair, please use a bathing cap or tie back with a band.
Do
not wear jewelry or bring valuables into the pool. We are not
responsible for lost/stolen items.
Take
a shower before entering the pool and after swimming.
No
street shoes allowed; bare feet or bathing sandals only.
No
flips, pushing, shoving, or drinking allowed.
No
glass containers allowed in the pool
or locker room areas.
NO
gum allowed in pool or pool area.
Non-swimmers are not to go deeper than their neck.
No swimmers allowed in deep end of pool
unless swim test is passed .
No
running or horseplay allowed in pool area or locker rooms.
Stay
off the rope.
Diving allowed only on the far wall by the lifeguard chair.
OPEN SWIM RULES
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or
high school aged student in the pool.
Open
swim is limited to the times listed in the pool schedule. No
students will be allowed in the pool during organized classes.
Every student participating in open swim activities must have an
emergency contact sheet filled out at the pool.
